1. Please fix the base on the stable and fixed ceiling, or it will fall or damage.
2. Please connect the input power carefully, incorrect connection will cause fire accident.
3. Keep the lamp body card slot match base card buckle, rotate from left to right, can be easily installed.
4. Please confirm if it installs correctly, then turn on.

Q1: What is the Warranty for led lights?
A1: For the lamps, we have 2-3 years warranty. And some special offer with 5 years warranty as customers request.
Q2: What is colour temperature?
A2: King Star's LED Lighting offer tubes in warm, natural, pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is,the warmer the light given by the LED:
- Warm white = 2700K-3200K
- Natural white = 4000K-4500K
- Pure white = 5000K-5500K
- Cool white = 6000K-6500K
Q3:: What is CRI?
A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED tubes/panels, the CRI is higher than 80. For the outdoor light, the CRI higher than 70 is OK at most of applications.
Q4: What is the AC Voltage tolerance for our LED tubes?
A7: Their AC voltage tolerance is +/- 10%.
Q5: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A9: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
Q6: Could you offer OEM led light?
A10: Yes, we offer OEM led light, the OEM led light could offer your laber and your color box.
