Equipment Introduction of the production line:
16 submersible automatic filling machine, look beautiful and practical, and a dive filling function,
easy blistering of the liquid plays the role of anti-foaming, into a storage tank with the original rectangular cone,
filling margin less easy to clean, widely used pesticides, alcohol, reagent, washing liquid, disinfectants,
cosmetics and the like of various small proportion of liquid filling. Filling measurement accuracy, no bubbles, no drip.
Applicable to a variety of 25-1000ml bottle-shaped (including shaped bottle) filling.
First, the advanced design
1. the machine for filling containers of different size, can be switched within a few minutes filling in the specifications.

1. the design uses linear packet into the bottle, the bottle method, the filling function expansion,
various shapes of containers can be effective in filling the device.
2. use international advanced air filling valve, filling process to ensure no leakage, no coveted.
3. strong support of the PLC software, can achieve the desired filling operations.
Third, the precise measurement of control
1. filling the fixed flow parameters to control the filling time to achieve a different measure of filling.
2. filling the pneumatic valve to set the exact time can be validated to 0.01 seconds.
Can control the precision of measurement ± 1% error range,
to reduce unnecessary loss of materials and improve the economic efficiency of the user;
3. the design of each filling head can be individually adjusted to achieve a consistent filling measurement;
