Plug the power adapter and Network Cable to the Alarm Host, down load the APP and add by Scan QR Cord.
2.How to Connect the Sensor and the IP Camera?
When you connect the alarm host successfully.Click the device--Add Sensor(Scan the QR Cord to add or trigger the sensor to add it)
Connect the IP Camera,Click the Camera--Scan the QR Cord of the IP Camera to add it.When you have add it,it will search the IP Camera auto and show on the interface in Lan.
3.When bad guy break into the house,does the light can turn on immediately?
Yes,when the System is in arm state.When bad guy break into,the light will turn on immediately to frighten the bad guy.So how this happen?
That is because of the Linkage alarm technology.When the door sensor linkage to the smart socket.When the bad guy trigger the sensor,it is also will trigger the smart socket to turn on the light.
4.How is the Auto Tracking Function Working?
For example: Contact Sensor install on the window,Click the added the door sensor on the app,you will see the Linkage Camera,choose which camera you want to link like camera 1. Set the IP Camera Preset Function,move the camera to the window as preset 1. Then you can choose the prest 1 of the linkage of windor sensor. When bad guy trigger the sensor,
the IP Camera will automatically move the the window and start recording and siren will alrm.
5.How many people to access the camera at the same time?
It supports 5 persons to view at the same time.
6.Does the Alarm Host Can Recording?
Yes,the Alarm Host not only the central control of all the products,but also can be used as an 8 Channel NVR for recoring.
7.How many IP Camera does the smart home system supported?
It is can support 8 IP Cameras.Compatible with all of our TUTK WiFi IP Camera.
8.What Server does the platform use?
It is use the TUTK Server Platform.
