LCS series Scale
1. Principle
- The granular materials being processed flow into the upper storage hopper, here the feeding gate open, material is into weighing hopper, when the material weight in the weighing hopper, reaches the calibration value, the feeding gate close, the weighing unit analyze and confirm the value, here the net weight value plus the accumulated value and stored in the memory of total value. When the weight of the materials in discharging hopper is lower than low level (there is discharging space), the low level indicator sends signal, the weighing hopper gate opens, materials flow into the discharging hopper, here materials are discharged thoroughly, the discharging signal of weighing hopper disappears, the gate closes. After the weighing hopper becomes stable, it begins the next batch work.
2. Features

- Adopting the weighing & controlling instrument manufactured by Japan UNIPULSE Company or A&D company, with conformance of international quality authentication.
- Adopting LOGO program controller of German SIEMENS Company.
- Adopting pneumatic performing unit of British NORGREN Company, with conformance of international standard.
- Adopting high efficiency weighing sensor of German HBM Company.
- Adopting Lithium battery to supply power, thus prevent the data from losing when power is cut-off.
