SFSP Series Hammer Mill

- 2. Adopt magnetic inlet to removes ferrous impurity.
- 3. Adopt two inlets on both sides of the machine.
- The main body is welded by steel plate.
Principle
- The material is fed into the machine from the inlet of the machine and flows down to the milling room by the guiding parts. Intensive friction and impact with the hammer blades and the sieve take place in the room and the material is crashed into fraction which goes through the sieve and is discharged from the bottom outlet.
Features
- The main body of the machine is wielded by steel plate and combined with the motor in a same support frame.
- Advanced design and excellent fabricating ensure the machine running stably.
- A magnetic inlet equipped on the top of the machine removes ferrous impurity before flowing into the mill room, which can make the machine run safely at high speed.
- The material can be fed from both sides of the inlet, so the blades can work fully, and the motor rotary direction changes accordingly by the limited switch.
Application
- This machine is primarily designed for granular material like corn, durra, bean and wheat in feed mill.
- Reducing the gap between the sieve and blades, this machine can also be successfully applied in organic offal crushing in flour mill. Processed offal can be put into the bran for a better economic value
