BRIEF
Rubber autoclave is important vulcanizing equipment in rubber process.It’s widely used for rubber products, cable, textile, chemical, etc. Many kinds of types we can supply according to heating methods. Meanwhile, we’d like to recommend suitable type under customers’ requirements.
TECHNOLOGY DETAILS
1.Cylindrical body and dished end be made of carbon steel.
2. Steam go into autoclave from diffusion tube, pneumatic angle seat valve controls steam in and out automatically.
3. Holes regularly arranged on steaming tube, temperature keep constant in autoclave.
4. Autoclave be heat up automatically after setting procedures,alarm when it finish vulcanizing.
5.Quik-lock type design,a special feature in autoclaves give practically 100% safe doors,these doors have fail-safe measure ensuring door opening only at safe pressure limits.
6. Multiple safety interlocks ensure safety during process. Door can’t be opened if there is pressure in vulcanizer.
7. Size can be designed under customers’ requirement.
