METAL MOULS FOR CONCRETE POLES
Our Moulds are made of high quality structural steel ensuring excellent productivity and durability. The modular design and fabrication methodology allow easy assembly and ensure appropriate behavior to applied loads in the prestressing system, as well as their functionality and excellent finish of concrete poles.
The moulds are equipped with heads on top and base, allowing proper transfer of the tensioning force to the pole when is the time to transfer the wire force to the concrete.
We manufacture moulds for manufacturing annular shape poles, octagonal or the shape required by the client.

STRESSING TENSION JACKS & ANCHOR GRIPS
Thanks to our partnership with great track record and worldwide recognition manufacturers, we trade with stressing jacks, propers for the production of prestressed concrete poles. This equipment stresses different cable diameters prestressing. Its design and construction allow getting less wire waste than with other brands.
Anchor grips allow to keep the tension in the wires during the filling of the poles. Our wedges and barrels are manufactured with German technology, ensuring high performance and functionality. Can be used closed or open barrels.
TRAINING & CONSULTANCY
We offer advice on the design of the poles according to manufacturing standard, as on the feedstock used and production controls appropriate to achieve an excellent product. We provide training to their staff in the manufacture of prestressed or reinforce poles. This service is offered as an added value to the purchase of equipment or supplied individually according to your needs.
