WORKING PRINCIPLE

BRIEF

A little soft water is filled into autoclave up to certain level (products can’t be immersed), then through high efficient circulation pump and heating exchanger pass into spraying pipe, finally, hot water will spray on surface of products by nozzles. Temperature is distributed evenly, no sterilization corners. Sterilizing water is heated and cooled by exchanger, has characteristics of efficient, comprehensive, stable.

USAGE

Spraying sterilizer is suitable for all kinds of heat-resistant packing material.

1. Plastic container: PP bottles, HDPE bottles.

2. Soft package: aluminum foil bags, transparent bags, vacuum bags, cooking bags, etc.

3. Tin cans: aluminium cans, glass bottles.

RETORT FEATURES

1. Indirect heating and cooling, cooling water can’t touch with soft water to avoid secondary pollution, no need water treatment chemicals.

2. Reduce steam consumption, atomized water is mixed directly in the retort to improve speed of heating and cooling.

3. Lower noise, creating a quiet and comfortable working environment.

4. Water spray from different angles, steam, air and water mixed convection, forming a perfect temperature distribution.

5. A small amount of soft water cycled rapidly, reaching to specified sterilizing temperature in a short time.

6. Perfect pressure control, pressure is constantly adjusted in the entire sterilization process to adapt to changes in the internal pressure of the product packaging, especially suit for gas-packaged products.

7. Soft water has preheating system to ensure insulation, hot-filled products are continuing the heating process.

8. Sterilization water is soft water to avoid dirtying production packages.

9. Saving installation space, easy to operate and saving labor cost (full-automatic control system).

RETORT DETAILS

1. Control box: adopt PLC control system, in charge of the whole autoclave's running.

2. Pressure and temperature gauge: direct show pressure and temperature inside retort.

3. Cooling tank: indirect cooling retort, no secondary pollution.

4. Circulate pump: make hot water circulate.

5. Safety interlocks: insure the safety of door opening.
