The HBF 1.25 is a meteorological /oceanographic Hydrologic Monitoring buoy.It is suitable for measuring water quality parameters in Harbours,inland rivers,lakes where the water depth is within 50 m,with the d speed is 20m/s and max flow rate is 3knots.
The buoy is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP)with a isophthalic NPG gel coat exterior and internal stainless steel skeleton enhanced ,the body filled with closed-cell foam,which provides the buoy with great lightness and excellent mooring capacity.The choice of materials ensures no risk of corroision and reduce maintenance costs .
The solar panel and maintenance-free batteries are used to provide energy to Data acquisition units and wireless data transmission modules,which automatically transmit the data to the monitoring center through the GPRS or satellite.
