Hydrology Buoy
The HNF1.5 is a meteorological/oceanographic Hydrologic Monitoring buoy.This buoy suitable for measuring ocean meteorological parameters in Harbors.lakes ,and coastal area where the water depth is within 30 meters.
with the max ,wind speed 36m/s,and max ,flow rate 4 knot.
The buoy is moulded from polyurethane elastomer with internal stailess steel skelton enhanced and the body filled with closed-cell flexible foam which provides the buoy with great lightness and excellent mooring capacity .The choice of material ensures no risk of corrosion as well as excellent resistance to impacts.
The solar panels and maintenance-free batteries are used to provide energy to Data Acquisition units and wireless data transmission modules,which automatically transmit the data to the monitoring center through the GPS or satelite..
HNF1.5 buoy is equipped with three or four wells making the submerged sensors accessible without having to lift the buoy out of the water This reduces the operation cost because work can be done without large boats and heavy lifting equipment .The wells can also be used for current sensors .In the wells the sensors are well protected during handling as well as theft and vandalism .
