Specifications

This is a type of advanced multipurpose rubber hose with high quality. It is characterized by economy, high aging resistant performance, weather resistance, heat resistance and dilute acid-base resistance. It is widely
applied to cleaning, thawing, conveyance of circulating water for heat dispersion, blasting or conveyance of high temperature water, air or other inert gas etc in the construction trade and agricultural production.
Applicable standard: BS EN ISO 6134-2005.
Technical parameters:
Anti-ozone aging: in the standard test chamber, concentration: 50+/- -5pphm; temperature:
40+/2C; testing period: 144t; without crack;Heatproof again: in the standard
aging chamber, temperature: 100+/ 1 C' testing period: 72t; tensile change:
not more than -20%; tensile stretch: not more than -40%.
Physical properties: tensile strength of inner layer: ≥6.0MPa; tensile stretch of inner and outer rubber
layer ≥ 300%; the flexibility of hose is sound under -30+- 2C for 5t;
without craze crack or fracture after 180 degrees bending over of doubling.
Range of use: As an ideal substitute for the import rubber hose, it is applied to the circulation of hot
water, hot air, or other inert gases. It is dilute acidbase resistant (compatible with
the dilute acid-base resistant hose). The extreme temperature resistant capacity
reaches 120 C. It is now widely applied in photovoltaic industry (such top-end quipment
as monocrystalline silicon furnace, polycrystalline silicon furnace) and power plants etc.
Structure: 1. Inner layer of hose: styrene butadiene rubber (SBR)
2. Protective layer of hose: blends of styrene butadiene rubber and
ethylene-propylene-diene mischpolymere rubber (SBR and EPDM);
3. Intermediate reinforced layer: polyester fiber spiral line;
Appearance: mill finish, black, red, blue
Applicable temperature: -30 C to 100 C
Bend radius: 8 times of proper diameter dimension

2. Standard dual protective packaging; transparent PE film intertwined inner layer' braided
spiraled outer layer'
3. In addition, the cartons packing and pallet packing are available as the case maybe, but
shall be charged additionally.
