Extruder Ceramic Band Heating Elements grip tightly to cylindrical surfaces to supply uniform heat transfer, critical to the heater life. Extruder Ceramic Band Heating Elements come in one or two-piece construction for easy installation and removal. We offer many different types of band heaters for different applications;
Mica band heaters for low cost and low temperature up to 800F
High temperature MI band heaters for temperatures up to 1400F
Ceramic band heaters for temperatures up to 1500F
