*Testing and Commission

All of our machines will be tested and commissioned at least 3 days to ensure sufficient output and stable performance before delivery. When you get the machine, you just  need to connect water and power to make ice.

*Installation:

1. We can send our engineers to assit the installation, provide technical support and train your workers. The cost of accommodation and round-trip ticket should be in charge of users. 

2. We will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery. The installation tools, water, electricity should be ready before our engineer arrived, and all spare parts are provided accroding to our standard during installation period.

3. If the machine is installed by the users, we will test and install the machine well before shipment, and all necessary spare parts, manual book are provided to guide the installation.
