Our energysaving environmental continuous carbonization furnace can producecharcoal powder continuously by burning the combustible gas from the gasifier stove,also the stove is with filting system to remove smoke.It has the marked features of energy-saving.environmental-friendly and high efficiency.

Raw materials:

sawdust,rice husk,groundnut shell,plants straw, tree bark,grinded coconut shell,etc..

Granule size of all aboved raw material should be less than 30mm.

Working principle:

Our Carbonization furnace adopt superior purifying technology, and is made from special high 

temperature resistant material, and showing the features of stable and wear well, freeing from 

oxidation and deformation, superior insulating property, easy operation, safety and reliable, no 

carbonization blind spot with double chimney, finished products ratio more than 95%, labor 

and time saving, and you can operate several carbonization stove simultaneously.

Charcoal output: 100-300kg/h.

For single row tube stove, 100kg/h for 377mm diameter tube,150kg/h for 450mm diameter.

For double row tube stove,200kg/h for 377mm diameter.300kg/h for 450mm diameter tube.
