Cube Ice Application

Cube ice machines are widely used in hotels, restaurants, bars, fast-food shops, supermarkets and cold drink shops,etc.

1)Two different cube ice for option：22mm*22mm*22mm or 29mm*29mm*22mm

2)High ice production: even in high temperature, our machine could ensure the production. The ice output rate ranges from 90% to 95% in summer, when the ambient temperature is lower than 23 ℃, ice output rate can reach 100% to 130%(for those samll cube ice machine, the ice output rate is 50% to 60% in summer.) 

3)Low electric power consumption: 75~80 kw.h/ton of cube ice.

4)Automatic controll: adopt PLC intellient system. It can be remote controll by smart phone.

5)Space-saved: integrated design, machine structure is compact and convenient of shipping.

Cube Ice

Features:

Nickeled Copper Ice Moulds

Features:

1. Adopting copper ice mould coated with Nickel, which can resist 60% concentrated nitric acid.

Heat Exchange

Features:

1. Heat exchange will cool down the passing refrigerant, making it flows into the expansion valve in a lower temperature that improves the refrigeration efficiency.
2. Some of return-refrigerant is liquid after making ice, and heat exchange make all refrigerant into compressor is gas, that will ensure compressor running normally.
