2. Installation Steps
1) Connect the Sender and signal source with one VGA(M-M) cable, and one DC3.5 audio cable
2) Connect the Receiver to the monitor earphone
3) Connect the Sender and the Receiver with one CAT5E/6 cable
4) Power on the Sender and Receiver

4. FAQs
1) Nothing displayed on the monitor
Answer:
A: Check the power adapter, whether the Sender and Receiver powered on normally or not
B: Check all the connectors connection fit or not
C: Check the VGA cable and CAT cable quality
2) The monitor displayed vague, slur, unclear, color cast
Answer:
A: Check all the connectors connection status
B: Check the CAT cable should be shorter than 100 meters. The longer the CAT cable, the display effect worse
C: The CAT cable should be standard CAT5E/6, The nonstandard CAT cable will cause the display effect bad. 8 pins in the CAT cable should be the same quality, otherwise it will cause color cast
D: The VGA cable should be standard, the length should be shorter than 5 meters
E: Cut down the display resolution
3) No voice in the earphone or the voice effect not good
Answer:
A: Check all the 8 pins in the CAT cable are online, and all the 8 pins in same quality. Avoid 4 pins good, 4 pins bad
B: Check double ends of the CAT cable is EIA/TIA-568B
4) When transfer the voice via the extender, the display is flickering or not good
Answer:
A: Please check the CAT cable is standard CAT5E/6
B: Adjust the voice, check the voice frequency is different from the video frequency
C: Make sure there is certain distance between the audio box and the monitor. Avoid resonance accured
