Q:  Can I have a sample order?
A:  Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
    Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q:  What's the lead time?
A:  Samples need 3-5 wording days,mass products need 7-15 days.
     According to your order quantity.

Q:  How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A:  Express(DHL,UPS,FeDex Or TNT).Air or Sea shipment is available depends on your need.
    It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive except Sea transportation.

Q:  How to precede the order if I have logo to print?
A:  we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for  your      second confirmation. if mockup isok, finally we will go to mass production. 
 
Q:  How to deal with the faulty?
A:  Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%,so there is no big problem to the
    lights.Secondly, we usually offer 2 years warranty(except some
    models of high-end for 3-5 years) for our lights.
    During the guarantee period,we will resend new lights with  the new order for small
    quantity.If there are many lights don't work,we can repair them,then resend them to you.
    In addition,after 2 years warranty,we can help you to maintain the lights and collect
    some material costs.
