1. What's the delivery time?
A: For products that are in stock, we can ship it within 3 days after receiving your payment. For custom order,quantity within 2000PCs, the lead time which depends on the condition of other orders will be 9-18 days .
2.What's your packing?
A:Our usual packing is color box, if you want to have your own custom box, we can also supply you, but you have to meet our quantity.
3. Can we print our own logo?
A: Yes, we can print logo for you, usually if the color of the logo is less than 3 colors.
4.What about the warranty?
A: We are very confident in our own products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. However to avoid any subsequent troubles regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the goods once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it .
