1. Q: what’s the MOQ of the products ? Can you accept small qty with a lot of items ?
A: It depends on the value and stocking condition of the items. You can contact us for the details and we will check if we have enough raw material to produce the products you require. We are happy to sell the goods to you if we have stocks.
2. Q: How do I place the order with you ?
A: Just contact us !
3. Q: Is there a chance that I can get a discount ?
A: Yes, bigger discount for bigger orders.
4. Q: Can I get a sample ?
A: yes. For new clients, you need to pay the sample/shipping cost, the sample will be delivered in 7 work days. For regular clients, the samples are free and will be delivered in 3-5 work days only if the samples
are available.
5. Q: what if the the samples are defective or different from the description?
A: Don’t worry. We’ll refund the sample cost and or send you a new sample. We are a supplier with strong responsibility, not only working for benefit but also for the satisfaction of clients.
6. Q: What about the shipping details ?
