MRF SERIES GEARBOXES
Monobloc type reducers are made of Gg22 material, and body strenght and aesthetic is amin feature of them.
The curtain in the body improves the strenght of the body and jagged strenght. Also provides a more silent working due to beddings on it. 21NiCrMo2 is used in whole jagged wheels of our reducers, and cementation and normalization are applied on all jagged groups.
All reducer bodies and jaggeds are made in modern CNC machines by considering quality management system. By griding the jaggeds in these series, high performance and silent working is provided for our reducers. These type reducers are manufactured in 13 different size of MRF-003 up to MRF-973.
All of gears for our products are passed from high technology stoning phase. Gear performance and durability increases, service life is prolenged and speed reducers can work silent in that way..
