A1: For the grass head dolls,we have 6 months warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q2: What is the suitable temperature for our grass head dolls ?
A2: 15-30degree is the most suitable tempreture for the grass head doll germination.
It normally take 5-7days to germinate.if in winter will take longer time to germinate.
(arround 10-17days)

A3: as grass head doll contain nature grass seeds,under the dry condition ,it can survive 3 years.
1ST year,the germination rate will be no less than 92%
2nd year,the germination rate will be arround 60%
3rd year ,the germination rate will be arround 30%--60%
Q4: How long does your grass head doll could alive when grow out the grass?
A4: keep watering it everyday &full fill water in the Pvc Cup which under the grasshead.
