GS-330 Automatic Rigid case Box Maker for Making books
I. Function :
1.GS - 330 automatic makeup type paper box making machine is specially develop to solve the problem of raw paper materials waste, quadrilateral Stick glue mark after printing and same problems.
2.This machine is widely used in the production of mobile phone box, shoes box, tea box, wine box, moon cake box, gift boxes and other luxury box, specially for the book cover box.
II. Features:
1. This machine adopts the most advanced technology of three boards box making in China. it use microcomputer to control the bottom plate and sides plate to make up the box, which greatly saves the cost of raw materials.
2.The machine adopts automatic Omron PLC touching screen which display data, operate and control system cleanly, and also display fault detection and alarm.
3.This machine uses the hot melt glue to make up box replace of use tape to make box, which adjust the spray adhesive length, width, starting point and ending point according to the product requirements. it is easy operate.
4.The machine adopts the unique downdraught feeding, which can feed baseboard and side plate with non-stop machine and achieve continuous production.
