Q: Where is your factory located in? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China, about 5 hours bus ride from Guangzhou/about 40 minutes taxi ride from Jieyang Chaoshan Airport/about half-hour from Chaoshan high MTR station. Welcome to visit us!
Q:Are your products applied to dishwasher/microwave/oven?
A: Yes, our ceramics products are fired in the kiln at 1100C to 1350C , such high temperature make them durable to be use in dishwasher/microwave/oven..
Q: Can your products free of lead and cadmium?
A: Yes, all of our products were analyzed by CIQ for extractable lead and cadmium using method ASTM C738-94
Q: What types of payment term your company accepts?
A : We accept irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL. Other payment problem you can e-mail to us, our sales department colleagues will contact you once receive your mail.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Usually, our delivery time is 55-60 days upon receipt of 30% deposit, and it depends on the order quantity and actual production time of our factory. And please kindly noted that the delivery time also will be relatively extended during hot sale season and the Chinese New Year
