2016 Reasonable Design Double Planetary Mixer Series
Planetary mixer series are widely used to make high viscosity materials,silicone sealant,glass glue,explosives,lithium battery paste,special ceramics,conductive inks,cosmetics,etc.
The main technical data:
1. Power supply: 380V, 3 Phase, 50Hz.
2. The working capacity: 200 L.
3. All materials adopts stainless steel SUS304.(The materials of the machine can be customized)
4. The frame structure forms: gantry double column hydraulic lifting structure, the upper transmission box, built-in bearing base, oblique seal cover, blanking barrel, blanking barrel locator and base at bottom.
5. Mixing forms: 2 scraping wall + 2 scraping bottom device pusher + disc type, cross installation, material of impeller:SUS304, scraper: 10 mm Teflon plate.
6. Low power and configuration: motor power: 11Kw.Supporting the BLD type cycloidal reducer,diameter of stirring axle:95mm, stone composite wear-resistant type mechanical seal, overloading type double bearing, stirring shaft speed: 56 revolutions per minute.
7. The seal-capping structure: oblique cover type, use dovetail groove type D special nitrile butadiene aprons sealed with blanking barrel.
8.The seal-capping lifting way: double column hydraulic, lift itinerary:700 mm, lift up and down can be controlled.
9. The sealing-capping hole: diameter of 300mm quick opening feeding mouth,G1outside wire inlet,G6 blunt nitrogen mouth,G6 vent nozzle, 2pcs DN125 viewport, M27 x 2 digital display temperature measuring port.
10. Blanking barrel: diameter: 900 x 900, the flange, internal barrel wall and bottom of fine buffing after processing, the barrel material: SUS304, increased cooling jacket, built-in seamless guiding device, G1 internal thread in and out of water interface, material: Q235 - A,G3 discharging and blanking opening (flange connection, in order to replace the joint), 4pcs 6’’ global load castor at the bottom, middle material barrel at the bottom push into position.
11. Electrical control cabinet: built-in frequency converter, the main switch,Control: motor, reducer, the oil pump motor(synchronous), high speed dispersion motor, hydraulic station, electromagnetic valve,Low voltage type endoscope port observation lamp;Lift controlled by route, cabinet with air cooling device, ammeter, voltmeter, emergency stop.
12. Safety interlock: a. It won’t start mixing until the seal-capping falls in place B. When it’s mixing, the seal-capping can’t lift C. If the barrel does not reach the designated position, the seal-capping can't decline.D. The lifting of seal-capping is adjusted by route, automatically stop at designated position. E. The mixer, control cabinet and hydraulic station equipped with grounding screw, so that the user can connect ground.
