WATER BASED MEMBRANE PRESS ADHESIVES

APPLICATION   

For vacuum suction plastic machine use, such as bonding PVC with MDF etc.

PROPERTIES    

High viscosity

Good heat resistance

Can be used as one-component, if want increase the heat resistance, should add 2%-5% RY1995 hardener.

CONDITION    

Application temperature:  15°Cmin

(The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system)

Coating weight:  70-100g/m2   

Min. Pressing time: 3-5 minutes 

SUGGESTION   

1.RY3206 can be used on any kinds of vacuum suction plastic machine. 

2. RY3206 should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive.

3.The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might be polluted.

SAFETY        

1.Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when filling hopper or pot.

2.Keep plant ventilative and forbid any fire.

3.Consult MSDS and read "cautions" before used

STORAGE      

9 months in its original package at an average temperature of 25°C or below. Store in a clean, dry area. Keep containers  closed. Storage temperature should not below 0°C.
