APPLICATION   For vacuum suction plastic machine use, such as bonding PVC with MDF etc.

PROPERTIES :  

High viscosity

Good heat resistance

Can be used as one-component, if want increase the heat resistance, should add 2%-  5% RY1995 hardener.

 

TECHNICAL Data:

 Viscosity             300-600CPS@27°C

Appearance           White emulsion

 Solid Content          51.5-54.5%

 PH Value              5.5-7.5

 

CONDITION :   

Application temperature:  15°Cmin

 (The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system)

 Coating weight:  70-100g/m2   

 Min. Pressing time: 3-5 minutes 

 

SUGGESTION   

1.RY3206 can be used on any kinds of vacuum suction plastic machine. 

2. RY3206 should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive.

3.The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might be polluted.
