Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive for Double Side Adhesive Tape
We produce many items according to different applicaiton for Taper&Label, such as HM PSA for Infusion Pads, Wound Care Pads, Porous film Tape, Bnadage Tape, Ointment Pads etc.
It show excellent initial tack, provide better cohesion strength and high peel strength.
Application
Operating temp:150°C ~185°C, depending on machine,
substrates, environment,…etc., conditions.
Applicable for the standard conventional Hotmelt slot extrude application system.
Storage
Store in a dry place where the temperature is below 40°C and the storage life is one year.
Precautions
- Do not mix with other adhesive, and application temperature NOT to exceed 190°C
- Keep containers and pre-melters covered to avoid contamination
- Material is applied hot. Appropriate clothing and eye protection should be use.
- Rotate stock-first in, first out.
