Yes, you can get available samples, Free for ceramic samples, but freight cost.
Other metal products need sample cost.
2 How can we get the quote?
Of course, first send the detailed drawing to my customer service Email.
If no drawing, please supply the specification of products, such as material, size, and shape, and quantity, surface finished.
3 If I have no drawing, Can you help with the design?
Yes, we have professional designer to help your design.
4 What is the trade terms and payment terms?
30% or 50% of the total value must paid before producing, the rest of deposit to be paid before shipment.
Accept T/T .west union, money gram, L/C, PayPal, Cash, other can be negotiated
5 What about the lead time?
It depends on products, normally 10-15 days after confirmation of drawing and payment.
6 How can I know if our product has been shipped?
Detailers photos of every process will be sent to you darning the production, we will supply track number, once shipped.
7 What shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,CHINA POST ,etc. 3 to 5 working days of express delivery.
If big cargo, we will choose shipping by sea shipping.
8 How do you account the shipping charges?
We will supply shipping charges according to estimated G.W, when quote.
