1. What is your MOQ for trivet ?
The MOQ is 1000pcs, but we accept small trial order for your testing market when we have stock.
2. What are normal delivery terms?
The normal delivery time for trivet is about 7 days after the payment is done. If there is any special requirement for package or others, it will a bit longer relatively.
3. Can we get a sample of trivet and how much it will cost ?
You are welcome to get the sample for Free. And the shipping cost differs from the reign and weight. Normally it takes about 2 or 3 days for you to receive the samples.
4. How can we brand the logo and label on the trivet ?
As long as you offer us your logo designs, we can have the following ways to brand your name on the product1. a. Print your logo on the trivet surface directly
2. b. Print your color label (normally a card) and hang on the trivet.
5. How about the cost for brand logo on products?
It depends on your logo design/color; normally it cost USD0.05/pcs for one color logo design.
6. What kind of package do you offer?
Yes .it’s acceptable .You can packed in pp bag or color boxes. And if the order quantity is ok, you can have your own designed color boxes.
7. Do you offer customized packing for the trivet ?
Yes! All of our products can be packed as your special request, but it will have some extra charges .You just need to provide us your design.
8.Do you have experience for delivery to amazon .Can you brand bar code for us ?
A lot of our customers are amazon sellers. So that we are familiar with this part .We can stick your bar code on the package once you offered drawing to us.
