Product Details
1. Shotpeening effect. The purpose of shot peening is to strength the surface of rod, and promote the rods’ fatigue strength, our rods` surface is very bright and smooth, and get high performance.
2. Big end surface effect. We often get good surface by polishing, you can see our rods is very smooth and bright.
3. Bolt seat. You can see the roof `s shape is mellow and full. Only CNC can reach this degree.
4. Smooth finish of inside bore for big bore and small bore, the precision is within 0.01mm after grinding. It is very useful for increase rotate speed, reduce friction, and the bearing is not easy to be break down.
5. Beam effect. Our beam are machined by CNC, it is very smooth.
6. All rods are made by CNC product line. We can make any model as H,I,X-beam style, even customer design. Show the picture here.
