This machine  mainly uses in the rubber (tires, belts,textile fiber rubberizing and so on),the plastic (thin film, sheet, thin sheet plate, wallpaper, floor and so on.) formation processing.

Characteristics of Three Roller Calender :

Roller: is made of Chilled Cast Iron alloys, whose work surface has high hardness,wear-resistance and durable life.

Rollers' gap adjustment: manual or electric mode

Roller bearings' lubrication:  dry oil or thin oil by manual or electric mode

Bearing bush: nylon sleeve,copper sleeve or double row spherical roller bearing

Motor: ordinary or frequency motor 

Reducer: hard tooth surface reducer
