Process flow below:
First,feedstock inspection

like PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride) resin, mountain flour(Mainly Composed Of calcium carbonate, and other Necessary components
Such as stabilizing agent, titanium white, paraffin wax, brightening agent.
Only by reasonable and Scientific proportioning,
We can produce quality panels, so this step is very important.
Third, Extrusion molding by full-automatic machines
Fourth, Patterns printing including thermal transfer printing and pigment printing
Fifth, Packing usually 10pcs/bale with shrink firm or carton package
Sixth, Products inspection
Finally, Loading
Minimum order quantity is 3000 Square meters

PVC plastic panels surface treatment
