Automatic Vacuum Packing Machine for Food
This model has two carouseis divided into filling machine of 8 station and clam-shell type caciim machine with 12 chambers.
Using high technology such as a micro computer display and a graphic tpuch panel,the machine can be easily performed operation and
Maintenance.
Filling machine rotates intermittently to fill the product easuly and vacuum machine rotates continuously to enable smooth running, it means high performance and high durability.
All grippers width of filling machine can be adjusted at once bu a motor but all grippers in the vacuum chambers are no need to asjuxt.main sections are made of stainless steel for excellent durability and hygiene.
Water washable all of filling zone and vacuum chambers.
Status in the vacuum chamber can be checked through the transparent plastic vacuum shell lids.
Applications for Fill Closing Retort Pouch Machine:
1. Solid: candy,peanut, green bean, pistachio, crystal candy, brown sugar, cookie, cake, daily commodities, cooked food, pickles, puffed food, pet food, etc.
2. Granule: grain,refined monosodium glutamate, capsule, seed, condiment, granulated sugar,chicken essence, melon seeds, nuts, granular drug, pesticide, fertilizer, feed,etc.
3. Powder: spices, monosodium glutamate,salt, glucose, refined sugar, milk powder, washing powder, pesticides fertilizers, chemical raw materials.
4. Liquid: rice wine, soy sauce, ricevinegar, fruit juice, beverages, detergent and so on.
5. Thick liquid: tomato sauce, peanut butter, jam, chili sauce, bean paste and so on
6. Other materials can be bagging.

3. Bag-given Packing Machine can pack the liquid, thick liquid, powder, granule, and solid, just choose different measurement devices according to different materials.

6.The speed of bag-given packing machine for preformed bag is controlled by frequency conversion, and can be adjusted within the range according to the requirement.
