Provide ODM or OEM services, if purchased from sunphor, conforms to the manufacturer’s specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years (24 months) from the date of original purchase.
1) During the warranty period, should your SUNPHOR product prove to be defective, free to call or email us for warranty repair instructions.
2) We have service technician provide telephone or email diagnostic service to you. Customer's satifactory is our permanent principle.
3) Regarding to the defective product, we will exchan
ge the spare parts without charge for parts or labor. And the broken product or spare parts don’t need to be sent back to us, we will send new ones with your next order.
