Q: I want to customize my logo, is this ok? will it be expensive? ?

Voniss: Yes, we provide customizing service, to customize logo is not expensive, usually cost 0.03~0.05/pcs, if you have a large quantity need, that really saves money, but if the buying quantity is very small, this is not recommend, packaging is also customizable, for more details, please contact our sales team via the trade manager or skype we posted on the site!

Q: Does your product meet food grade standard? What certificates you have got?

Voniss: Yes, our products passed FDA,LFGB test, like wine stopper and wine aerator. 

Q: If I what to buy a sample, will you provide? Are they free?

Voniss:  Yes,you can buy the samples, (some items can be free) and the sample fee is refundable when order placed, but please note our sample need to be fright collect. which means you need to pay for the fright.
