Q1  Can I get a sample?

      Samples are free charge.

      Samples can be sent by express, you cover the express fee.

Q2  Can you produce as my sample or design?

A2   Sure.

      Firstly, we can make a 3D drawing on computer for your confirmation.

      Secondly, counter sample will be sent to you for reconfirmation.

      Thirdly, start on the production molds making.

      In this process, you will have our suggestions out of our understanding to market and production process. 

Q3  I have no Pantone, can you produce as my color?

A3   Yes, please send us the color sample.

      If your color sample is also made of silicone and same surface processing, then we can make it 99% close to your color.

      If different material or surface processing, we can make it as looks closest as possible.

Q4  Can your accept smaller and assorted order?

A4   Yes. We accept smaller and assorted order for a trial.

Q5  Do you products pass any certificates ?

A5   Yes. We have certificates of FDA, LFGB, DGCCRF, RoHs, PAHS. 

Q6  How to order?

A6   1- Pls advise the item number, quantity, color, packaging, quality standard (FDA or LFGB), destination market for a formal quotation.

      2- A formal PI will be sent for confirmation.

      3- Production starts upon the receipt of deposit.

Q7  Which terms of payment you accept?

A7   We accept EXW (deliver in factory), FOB (deliver in shenzhen or any China port), CIF (deliver in your port).

Q8 Can you arrange delivery?

A8  Yes. We have good relationship with local international express agency and shipping forwarder, you can rest assured of delivery .
