Seat Folding Durability test:10times/min~25times/min,200000times
Seat Surface Punching Test:Punching height 240MM ,10 TIMES
Seat Back Punching Test: Punching height 330mm,10 times
(2).Anti-aging Test:
According to GB/T16422 ,plastic tensile strength ,Breaking elongation impact strength rate.
Keep the rate is not less than 60% without the surface crazing and powdered .Besides no big change for the surface color,allochromasia is no less than level three.
Plastic tensile strength no less than 25 MPa.
Breaking elongation impact strength rate no less than 200%.
Punching strength no less than 10kJ/m2.
(3).Anti-low Temperature Strength Test(-20°C):
Tensile Strength ≥20Mpa
Breaking Elongation Impact Strength rate≥80%
Punching Strength ≥8kJ/m2
(4).Welding quality can reach up to GB/T13912-1992 international welding industrial standard.
