♣Pneumatic Friction Weld Strapping Tool
No need waiting for your batteries to charge, this pneumatically operated friction weld tool is ready to use the moment it is taken out of the box. It offers easy strap feeding, adjustable seal time, tension settings and thickness settings and is available for use with 13-25mm wide, PET/Polyester strapping. It is well suitable for vertical and horizontal strapping applications making this tool versatile enough to handle any load requirement.

4.2 Parts
♥The important parts showed above are our feature designs. They are especially durable and efficient, different from other tools.
1.Tension
Tight wheel is to tension the strap. It is powerful, speedy and adjustable.
2.Sealing
Bottom die and vibrator is to seal the strap. The tooth of the bottom die is designed to make the strap close to the vibrator and advoid stickness. The vibrator is designed to cause proper heat by friction movement and joint the strap totally together.
3.Cutting
Cutter is made by hard metal to maintain sharp and used to cut the strap in a second totally and automatically.
Sealing portion: Totally jointed together. The seal's strength can be up to 85% of the strap (depending on the quality of the strap )
