Radio Multi-function Pedometer with Stopwatch Operation

  1. Pull out the insulation tap and full screen display for 2 seconds with beep beep alarm and  entry the "Step Mode" automatically.
  2. Hold the press set button 2 seconds, the digit "12" blinking and press the "M" or "R" button to select 12 or 24 format.
  3. Press "S" button once, the digit of "hour" blinking and press "M"(-) and "R"(+) to set the hour,miunte.  
  4. Press "S" button once, the digit of "CM" blinking and press "M"(-) or "R"(+) to select imperial or metric mode.
  5. Press "S" button once, the digit of "80 CM" or "30 inches" blinking and press "M"(-) or "R"(+) to install your personal stride.   
  6. Press "S" button once, the digit of "45KGS" or "100LBS" blinking and press "M"(-) or "R"(+) to install your personal weight (Pls. make sure your weight is correct in order to get accurate claorie burnt data).  
  7. Press "S" button once to entry the target steps mode, the deflaut digit of "5,000" blinking and press "M"(-) or "R" (+) to install your desired target steps(the alarm will be actived if your steps reached your target setting).  
  8. Press "S" button again to finsih the basic setting and your device is ready for use. 
  9. Viewing mode by hitting "M" button-total steps / distance walked / calorie burnt / timing walked / days record.
  10. You can recall max. the last 7days record by press the "S" button under the days record mode. Press "M" button and return to the "Steps" mode.
  11. Hold the "S" & "R" at the same time to clear the day of the data.
  12. There is a reset button on the back of the device can help you to reset all the data come to the original factory status. 
  13. This device only start record the data by keep walking or running up to 10 steps in 4 seconds. 

 

The following action will cause the inaccurate result !!!

  • Body movement and walking is irregular.

  • Walking foot rubs on the way, wearing sandals, slippers and so on.

  • Walking in the crowded place, gait disorders.

  • Stand up a moment to sit down for a while.

  • Up and down the stairs or climb a steep hill.

  • Ride in the vehicle vibration or swung up and down.

  • Jogging for a while, then walked very quickly.
