If for our design, production,  package problem, Sontiy  takes full responsibility for it.We will send the report back to you after we get the product problems form our clients, then we also offer some solutions to solve the problems out.

 3.Q: How to ensure product quality ? 

 Firstly ,all the product will be 100% inspected  before shipment.Including full set testing equipment:Lifespan Testing, High Pressure Testing, Water Flow Testing, Aging Testing.

4.Q:Can I get the  free samples to check the quality at first before placingthe offical  order ?

Of course you can get the samples at first .And regarding to the sample and delivery charge. We will refund it to you in the offical  order .
