2.Delivery time ?
Machine you ordered is standard type and we have it in stock, Delivery time is 3-5working days after receiving payment .If we don't have stock, it takes 30-40 days since we need time to prepare raw material, manufacture, test to control the quality, making plywood frame for packing , welder shipping can be arranged from our or your forwarder.
3.How can I operate the machine in the right way for safely and keep long lifespan ?
Packaged will include formal manual, please follow the manual to operate and maintain the welding machine.
4.Do you have any extra support for agent, dealer, distributer and after-sales service ?
We provide fully technical support for our agent, dealer, distributer and other customers .If our new agent, dealer and distributers request training, we can support product training in our factory .If quality problem occurs for our arc welding machine,we will provide judgement and suggestion via the malfunctioning machine's pictures & video provided by end-user .Furthermore, we provide after-sales measures of back-up repair, engineer-assigned overseas and refund according to the condition .
5.What payment ways are available ?
Usually ,T/T is prefered .L/C and other payment method can be negociated accroding to condition .
