* how to use
Mouth guard and mouth guards box.
- One side of the front of a small gap (breathable use).
- Double-sided front teeth mode (breathable use), can protect the double teeth
Instruction:
- Place the mouth guard into your mouth to test for size. If too long or uncomfortable, carefully adjust to the proper size to fit in.
- Place the mouth guard into a container with boiled water (185~212 degree F.) for 20 seconds.
- Remove the mouth guard with a fork and shake water off.
- Once cool to touch, carefully place the mouth guard into your mouth. Bite gently and suck all air and water out for a tight around upper teeth. Use your fingers to assist and press your lips to fit flatly with your gum.
- Remove the mouth guard and place in cold water.
- If fit is unsatisfactory. Repeat the procedure until satisfied.
