Eat everything from head to bones
"Fast Fish"—fish you can eat bones and all—is a special product certified by Japan's Fisheries Agency.
After the fish is carefully grilled, special high-pressure sterilization equipment is
used to create this prepackaged treat.
Following a proper grilling, the fish is processed at a high temperature & pressure:
2 atmospheres at 120°C for 4 minutes. The process makes the bones so tender
that the entire fish, bones and all, is edible from head to tail.
Fast Fish is perfect not only for children who hate fish and seniors,
but for those who find it a hassle to eat fish due to the presence of bones.

Put the packet in hot water or open the packet and warm the fish in the oven:
either method will produce first-class flavor.
Steam convection→ozone-dried after a combination of steam & oven cooking
→high-pressure sterilization→processing at 2 atm & 120°C for 4 min.
