For samples, can be by express of DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, HKDC at the buyer convenience, by Economic express to save the buyer cost or by Intl priority to shorten the transit time at the buyer request;

1.Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
2.Q: What is the lead time?
A: Sample is 1-3 days, big order is 5-7 days for order less than 5000 pcs.
3.Q: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Our MOQ FOB is 100pcs ( in stock goods ) and 3000pcs(OEM).
4.Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.
5.Q: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A: First, Artwork for visual confirmation, and next is Sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go to mass production.
6.Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer one year guarantee for the products.
