1.Introduction of B.R.D polyurethane sandwich panel
PU Sandwich panel (Polyurethane sandwiched panel )is composed of 2 layers of weather-proof colored steel sheets and jetted the hard forms of polyurethane between 2 layers which feature fireproof materials. It is suitable for the various roofs and walls referring to the large-size factory buildings, storages, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, freezing stores, purifications workshops, etc, which features temp-keeping, heat insulation, weight-bearing, weatherproof with the rich colorfulness and good appearance.
2.Advantages of B.R.D polyurethane sandwich panel
1. Energy-saving and thermal insulation:
Hole-closing rate of core material is ≥97% and thermal insulation performance is excellent.
2. Flame retardant and fireproof:
The product has passed the inspection of China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Fixed Fire-fighting Systems and Fire-resisting Building Components and the combustion grade reaches corresponding standard of GB8624-2006.
3. Air tightness and sound insulation:
Good sound absorption, with the function of reduction for the sound caused by rainwater and hailstone
4. Environment-friendly:
Without containing formaldehyde, free from invasion by microorganism, recycling
5. Beautiful and economic:
Surface types are many and colors are rich; reducing material wastage and saving construction time and cost.
6. Fast in construction:
Polyurethane board is to be produced under height controlled and temperature constant conditions of the plant,
and the quality is stable.
