Details of Line:
1) Loading lifter
Gross weight: 1000 kg
Function: Feeding the pallet of board to the lifter. Then it will hold in the right position to make the board loading easily. It was control by the hydraulic system and photo electricity reply.
2) Loading Belt table
Gross weight: 1000 kg
Function: Worker can lay down the paper with board together, and it will transfer into the press automatically. We using Germany brand Moto.
3) Main press
Gross weight: 58000 kg
Function: Laminated the products. With extra support part to enlarge the strength of machine body. Main hydraulic valve was using germany brand. It request cooling system for hydraulic system and secondary recycling heating system for heating plates.
4) Vacuum Unloading system
Gross weight: 2000 kg
Function: After laminated, the vacuum unloading plate will take out the board inside the press. It avoid the scratch of the board and make the worker’s job easy.
5) Unloading lifter
Gross weight: 1000 kg
Function: Lay down the board to the lifter. It can hold in the right position to make the board unloading easily. It was control by the hydraulic system and photoelectricity reply.
6) Cooling System for hydraulic oil(Option)
Gross weight: 400 kg
Function: Cooling down the hydraulic oil’s temperature and extend the lift of hydraulic parts.
7) Secondary recycling heating system (Option)
Gross weight: 500 kg
Function: The pipe system with temperature control valve can keep the temperature correctly and make sure it changed in small Torrance. It was the best solution for heating system.

1.An aging treatment: We finished the main frame after welding pressure after aging treatment,
