tennis court flooring materials are 2-component synthetic resins. after properly mixing and curing, two components become a rubber-like elastomer which has characteristics of excellent elasticity and very high abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and tear strength. In addition, a non-slip finish is to protectively cover the elastomer to resist sunlight and ultraviolet rays. Because of these features, PU sports surface materials are eminently suitable for the all-weather sports places to facilitate athletes performance and to enhance pleasure of sports
1PU standard sports
Thickness of 4-8mm full PU resins applied in site, paved onto either reinforced concrete or asphalt substrate. The system is cushioned court with excellent playing characteristics of good traction and uniform medium-fast bounce, and all-weather for year round play, and relatively low maintenance. Suitable for multiple-use indoor and outdoor sports surfaces. This System has listed in ITF as Category2 in court surface classification.

Base layer of a 5-10 mm thickness rubber granule installed in site, and 2-5mm solid PU sealed on top layer. Highly resilient, comfortable to walk and run, sunlight-stable, dust-free, water impermeable, and easy to clean,all these features make the system suitable for jogging tracks,walk ways and other outdoor sports surface.
