2,Construction technology process of mixed type plastic runway
1.Make waterproof processing for the concrete, after 24 hours for maintenance, we can pave the bottom of runway.
2.The products ratio of PU-A and PU-B is 1:5, the catalyst is 1% of total dosage of PU. The runway substrate is according to international standard mixed with 25%-30% high elasticity black colloidal particles with particle size of 3-4mm, after mixing well, then pour them into ground and make it smooth. The laying thickness is 9-10mm. Then keep 24hours for maintenance&solidifying.
3.The proportion of finishing paint A material on runway and B material is 1:3. And mixing them well for following use. Then mixing EPDM with particle size of 1-2mm and surface paint well, with proportion of 1:1, then pour them into paver. Let spray gun's angle keep 60 degree for spraying. After finishing spraying, we need 24hour for solidifying&maintenance. Spraying the runway in the opposite direction again. The recommended dosage of finishing paint is 1.2kg per square, EPDM particles are 1.1kg per square, the catalyst is 0.012kg per square, then it still needs 24 hours to solidify.
4.After finishing 24hours solidifying&maintenance, we can mark line on the ground.Finishing construction of all progress, after 7days for maintenance for the runway, we can put it into use.
