Specifications
Mould steel used for making various large-sized mirror plastic moulds, precise plastic moulds.Mould steel DIN 1.2738(AISI P20+Ni, GB 3Cr2NiMnMo).
1) Chemicial composition: C=0.32~0.40, Si=0.20~0.80, Mn=1.00~1.50, P≤0.03, S≤0.03, Cr=1.70~2.00, Mo=0.25~0.40, Ni=0.85~1.15.
2) Delivery condition: hot rolled or forged, EAF or ESR, black surface, hardened and tempered, hardness: 28-35 HRC, or annealed hardenss: HBS≤235.
3) Application: used for making various large-sized mirror plastic moulds, precise plastic moulds, like: cars accessories, home appliances, electronic equipment plastic moulds.
