We focus on quality management. Incoming material inspection ensure the raw material quality, 100% final inspection to make sure the product quality.
We are keeping to looking for approach to improve in-process quality control. The scrap is produced in process but not in the final inspection. Quality control is the only way to reduce scrap and quality cost.
We have good relationship with our vendor and cooperation factory, which help us to shorten the lead time.
